Lumenis Selecta II

The Selecta II is used in Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT), a procedure that reduces Intraocular Pressure (IOP) in glaucoma patients. The SLT procedure selectively targets pigmented cells while preserving the surrounding tissue.
Studies show that SLT does not cause the coagulative damage to the trabecular meshwork caused by ALT. Clinical evidence suggests that IOP decreased by 27-41%.
